Minimum age 18 years old. Must be able to swim. Knowledge of navigation for renting without a monitor.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Children over the age of 13 must provide a signed authorisation from a parent or guardian to take part in the activity unaccompanied by an adult.
