each participant is obliged to a responsible, prudent and realistic self-assessment. An explicit instruction on the part of the host is not required for this.

Each participant assures that he/she knows the local and general maritime regulations.

Cancel conditions

No show: 100%.

Others cancellation fees:

                50% for cancellations less than 15 days.

                80% for cancellations less than 7 days

                100% for cancellations less than 48 hours.

 

For the rental of the charter boats, cancellations will be free of charge when due to bad weather (big waves + 1,5m. and wind, storm and rain).
