RENTAL LAMBORGHINI WATERBOAT CAR

These terms and conditions outline the Apex Waterboat Cars Cancellation Policy (the

"Cancellation Policy") applicable to both Renters and Owners using our Services.

Apex Waterboat Cars has established standardized cancellation policies to ensure the

interests of both Renters and Owners are protected. Both parties retain the right to cancel

at any time, with the applicable fee schedule determined by APEX Waterboatcar's chosen

policy and the timing of the cancellation relative to the reservation dates.

Cancellation Policies

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date and time of the

booking will incur no charges.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time will result in 20%

booking charges (cancellation fee), which are non-refundable.

These policies are designed to provide clarity and fairness to both parties involved in the

rental agreement.
